#MarchforHealth Gratitude
Thank you to our healthcare heroes!
This #MarchforHealth, we pause to celebrate the extraordinary caregivers of Adirondack Health and the community spirit that has sustained this hospital for more than a century.
The General Hospital of Saranac Lake was founded in 1911 through the dedicated efforts of public citizens and formally presented to the Saranac Lake community on March 11, 1913. From the very beginning, this hospital has existed because neighbors came together to care for neighbors.
Today, that same spirit lives on through our healthcare heroes. In the video above, you’ll see heartfelt messages of gratitude submitted by community members in honor of the physicians, nurses, support staff, and every team member who makes compassionate care possible.
Together, we honor our history and the people who continue to carry it forward every day.
Watch the video below to see quotes from our community, thanking the physicians, nurses and staff that made their experience at Adirondack Health exceptional.
