Memorial Gifts
A memorial gift honors the life of a loved one who has passed away. When you make a memorial donation, we will notify the family or individual you designate (without sharing the gift amount), letting them know a thoughtful gift has been made in their loved one’s name. Gifts may be directed to the Foundation’s general fund or designated to a specific program that was meaningful to the deceased.
Sample Language:
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to the Adirondack Health Foundation to honor the memory of [Name of Deceased]. Gifts support compassionate, high-quality care in our Adirondack communities.

Recognition
All memorial and tribute gifts are acknowledged with a letter to the donor and, if requested, to the individual or family being honored. With your permission, we may also include your tribute on our Memorial and Tribute Wall or in our Annual Report.
