Volunteer at Adirondack Health

At Adirondack Health, volunteers are more than helping hands — they are an important part of the compassionate spirit that has defined healthcare in the Adirondack region for generations. From welcoming patients and families to supporting staff and enhancing the patient experience, our volunteers help create a warm, caring environment where people feel seen, supported, and connected.

Rooted in the strength and resilience of the Adirondack community, our Volunteer Program reflects a shared commitment to neighbors helping neighbors. Whether offering directions with a smile, providing comfort during difficult moments, or supporting special events and community initiatives, volunteers play a meaningful role in advancing our mission of better health and better lives.

Volunteering at Adirondack Health is an opportunity to give back, build connections, and become part of a healthcare team dedicated to compassionate, community-centered care. Each volunteer brings unique experiences, talents, and kindness that help strengthen our organization and the communities we serve.
