Panel Moderator: Kevin Kerwin, President & CEO, Iroquois Healthcare Association
Kevin M. Kerwin, Esq. is the Acting President & CEO of the Iroquois Healthcare Association (IHA), which represents Upstate and rural hospitals across New York. He has served IHA in various capacities since 2021.
Prior to IHA he served as the Vice President of Public Policy at the NYS Association of Healthcare Providers, which represents home care providers.
Kevin has deep experience in policy, government and legislative process. In addition to workforce issues in the healthcare space, he has gained expertise along the health care policy spectrum in long term care and acute care.

Panelist: Hannah Busman, Director, Franklin County Public Health
Hannah Busman currently serves as Public Health Director for Franklin County Public Health Services. She provides strategic leadership and oversight for county health programs, including home health care and communicable disease, with a strong foundation in maternal-child health, disease prevention, and public education.
Prior to her role in Franklin County, Hannah served as the Family Health Director for Schenectady County Public Health overseeing the delivery of services such as WIC, Early Intervention, Preschool Special Education, and Breastfeeding Support. Hannah holds a Master of Public Health from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Art History from Syracuse University.

Panelist: Dr. Amy Corliss, Hospitalist, Adirondack Health
Amy Corliss, M.D., is a seasoned hospitalist and healthcare leader serving at Adirondack Health’s Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake, New York, where she provides expert clinical care in hospital medicine.
With a medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and postgraduate training in internal medicine at UCLA, Dr. Corliss has dedicated over two decades to patient-centered care.
At Adirondack Health, she applies her broad clinical expertise to support high-quality, compassionate care for hospitalized patients while contributing to the strategic growth and operational excellence of the health system. She is board certified in Internal Medicine with a focused practice in Hospital Medicine and has a strong background in palliative care and patient-safety initiatives.

Panelist: Joe Keegan, President, North Country Community College
Joe was appointed president of North Country Community College effective June 16, 2019, becoming the institution’s seventh president since its founding in 1967.
A long-time member of the NCCC community, he previously served as Vice President for Academic Affairs and held a series of administrative roles of increasing responsibility, including Coordinator of Human Services Programs and Grant Liaison for the Perkins CTE Grant and Tri-Lakes Prevention Coalition.
Joe has also taught at NCCC since 1994, most recently as an associate professor, and played a key role in developing the college’s AAS program in Chemical Dependency Counseling.

Panelist: Aaron Kramer, CEO, Adirondack Health
Aaron Kramer serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Adirondack Health. Prior to Adirondack Health, he was employed by St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital and IBM. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Susquehanna University and a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Marist College.
Aaron is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and was recognized as one of the top Community Hospital CIOs to know for three years in a row. He serves as a board member for the Iroquois Healthcare Association (IHA), the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS), the Adirondack Health Institute (AHI), and the New England Collaborative Heath Network (NECHN).
Aaron lives in Saranac Lake with his wife, Amy, and their two children.
